EuroVertex is a Mercedes-Benz parts store in Riyadh. This page explains what data we collect when you use the site, why, how we protect it, and your rights over it.

• When you create an account: your name, email, WhatsApp number, country, city (optional), account type (individual or workshop) and preferred language.
• When you sign in with Google: your name and email only.
• Your saved cars: VIN or model and year.
• When you last visited the site while signed in.
• What you search for on the site (a part or VIN number), not linked to your name.
• We do not collect payment card details or your precise location.

• To create and run your account and sign you in.
• To reach you on WhatsApp to confirm requests and prices.
• To match parts to your car.
• To improve the catalog and stock from combined figures that do not identify you.
• To protect the site from abuse and fake accounts.

We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

We only use trusted technical service providers, such as hosting, email delivery and security checks, who process data for us and only as far as running the site needs. If you choose to sign in with Google or message us on WhatsApp, those services' own policies apply too.

We keep your account data while your account exists. Deleting the account deletes its data and saved cars for good, except what we are required by law to keep. After 30 days without a visit you are signed out automatically; your account stays.

• Every connection to the site is encrypted.
• Your password is stored encrypted; none of us can see it.
• Customer data is open only to the store's administrators, with an extra check on their phone.

We use only what is needed to keep you signed in, and to keep your car in your browser when you are not signed in. No advertising cookies.

We may update this page when our services change; the date of the last update is shown at the top.
